i mean there's enough evidence for a trial, and I'd like to know if a crime was committed (whether the girl says she wants it or not, I don't give a shit; She's just a dumb victim). If I remember right, he said he'd do a trial but then they wanted to have cameras in the courtroom, so he backed out on that deal with the LA DA office.
but that belief puts me squarely in agreement with people who are LIBERAL HOLLYWOOD ROTS YER MIND.
